An opportunity is available for a Strategic Project Lead with Coding/SWE expertise to support AI development and evaluation projects. There is currently 1 opening available.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.
• Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to establish clear quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, AHT, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.

Compensation: $80 - $90/hr.

Location / Region: Remote.
