Job Responsibilities

• Rebuild business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, emphasizing clarity and professional design.
• Enhance content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layout for senior or client audiences.
• Edit and refine slide content while preserving critical HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
• Document, in detail, the rationale for both improvements implemented and original elements deliberately retained.
• Analyze and strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection for each slide.
• Handle diverse materials such as organization design decks, training modules, and compensation reviews.
• Deliver each assignment within an anticipated 1–2 hours, with volume varying by project sprint.

Compensation: $150 - $350/hr.
