The Fintech business plan competition is open to all USF graduate and undergraduate students. At least one person in the company's ownership group must be a current USF student. Members of participating companies will develop and submit a written business plan to a panel of judges – venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, lawyers, and consultants. Winner must file to become a legal entity in Florida. The winner will receive $15,000 to take their company to the next level. In addition, the winner will have the opportunity to have office space at the USF Student Innovation Incubator and represent USF at the Florida Venture Forum state-wide collegiate business plan com-petition in Orlando.
