ACT Festival 2021 call will open from the 13th of July to the 13th of December. ACT 2021 International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists is now open for submissions until the 13th of December, 2020. ACT Festival is a call for emerging artists from the contemporary Performing Arts scene. It is not just a Festival but also a Fair, attended by programmers from all over Europe. This XVIII edition will take place in Bilbao and Barakaldo (Spain) from 2nd to 5th of June of 2021.
