Shannon Green

Shannon Green is an entrepreneur, financial professional, women’s empowerment advocate, and the founder of Mrs. Universe Jamaica. She also serves as National Director of Caribbean Pageants Inc., where she has helped develop Mrs. Universe Jamaica into a purpose-driven platform focused on leadership, personal development, community impact, and creating opportunities for Jamaican women. Green became the first Mrs. Universe Jamaica, representing Jamaica internationally before establishing the national pageant program. Outside of pageantry, Shannon is the Principal Broker of Green Lending Corporation, a boutique mortgage brokerage serving residential and commercial clients, and has been involved in initiatives promoting entrepreneurship, financial education, and women’s empowerment. She also serves on PACE Canada’s Executive Committee, supporting education and community-development initiatives connected to Canada and Jamaica. Through Mrs. Universe Jamaica, Shannon’s vision extends beyond traditional pageantry. She has described the organization as a platform where women can strengthen their confidence, discover their purpose, develop leadership skills, and transform their personal experiences and passions into meaningful community impact.
