Ainsley & Co. has an immediate opening for a Videographer/Editor to join our team. As a fast-growing marketing agency, we work with our clients to create strategic marketing campaigns that fuel their growth. More often than not, our solutions involve videos to tell our clients’ stories in an engaging and dynamic way. These videos can take the form of :30 TV ads, :15 Youtube pre-roll ads, long-form video content for their website or campaign microsite, recruitment videos to demonstrate a company’s culture or capabilities, or ongoing video content distributed through email marketing and social media. This job requires someone who has experience with video projects from start to finish, and is ready to contribute in the following ways:Contribute to discussions with our creative team on the concept, planning, development and execution of all of the agency’s videos and motion graphics project. Our clients come to us for solutions, and it’s our job to help deliver concepts and a completed product that meets their goals.Create and or/contribute to video planning documents including shot lists, scripts, overall creative brief, expectations documents, etc. in coordination with the creative team.Prepare for and directly produce all aspects of production including lighting, sound, and video content, working with an Art Director and production assistant as project needs dictate.Lead and contribute to the quality of the finished product by suggesting shots, direction, equipment, and other treatments that allow us to produce work that exceeds our client’s expectations and wows them every time.Work closely with the design team to maintain consistency within all brand properties and ensure the finished product accurately reflects the brand guide.Multi-task in order to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and with consistent high quality.Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all requisite software applications relative to industry standards for video/audio production and motion graphics.Show strong attention to detail. QUALIFICATIONS:Strong background in video production, editing and creative projectsAgency experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or similar is a plus, but not requiredProficient with Final Cut Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop; Illustrator)Experience with audio recording, editing, and working with talent for radio commercials and voiceoversUnderstanding of video compression for web and broadcast qualityKnowledge of media asset management/video storage solutions a plusGreat communication, organizational and project management skillsSelf-motivated.
