Working with Riverside Canada Football Academy, Riverside Worldwide and Pamper Me Network, Coach Su supports international player outreach with a player-first approach. The mission is not simply to promote athletes. It is to help them become more prepared, more informed and more capable of navigating the decisions that come with higher-level opportunities.
The modern player has more power to publish, connect and build a professional identity, but greater visibility also demands better fundamentals, clearer information and stronger decision-making. Coach Su helps players make that transition in the era of player empowerment and AI without losing sight of development, discipline and accountability.
Every pathway is different. Support may involve fundamentals, profile preparation, family conversations, coaching alignment, club outreach, trial preparation or a longer development plan. Susan E. Rossiter — Coach Su
Susan E. Rossiter, known as Coach Su, brings more than fifteen years of documented experience across soccer coaching, provincial team management and club leadership. From 1996 through 2013, she served as an assistant and head coach for men's, women's, boys' and girls' recreational and competitive teams.
She served as Team Manager for Ontario Soccer Association Provincial U14 and U15 Girls' Soccer Teams from 2000 to 2002, giving her direct experience supporting players, families, coaches and organized competition at the provincial level.
Her club leadership includes Vice-President, Boys Competitive, at Erin Mills Soccer Club; President of Erin Mills Soccer Club; and President of Mississauga Eagles Football Club. Those roles developed a broad perspective on player development, club operations, competitive pathways and stakeholder communication.
Her soccer credentials include a Peel Halton Soccer Association Discipline Certification Course and Pre-B Coaching Course, a USSAF Professional Development License, a Community Coaching Youth Diploma and a Community Coaching Children's Diploma.

We have generated more than 500 million impressions and are working toward 1 billion impressions in 2026. When a multi-sport athlete like Dante Brown is signed, approved player announcements, achievements, interviews, sponsorships and campaigns can be converted into articles, short-form videos, infographics, structured feeds and other promotional content. Approved assets may be distributed through search engines, AI discovery systems, social networks, PMN’s affiliate network and RSS feeds.
