The Keep Up Challenge gives developing football players a clear, video-led way to demonstrate ball control and technical discipline.
Choose one of the three skills options, reproduce the movement exactly as shown, upload the completed clip to YouTube and submit the link before the competition closes on November 15, 2026.
Five selected players will receive a free assessment valued at US$250 each. Players who want structured preparation can also apply for the discounted 10-session programme during the challenge.

Prize + player assessment pathway
Five players will receive a free professional assessment.
Each prize assessment is designed to identify the player’s present competency, address recognized technical deficiencies and provide direct, honest feedback on the next stage of development.
The assessment prize
- Five free assessments valued at US$250 each.
- Three one-hour programmes for each selected player.
- Current competency review plus focused work on recognized areas of deficiency.
Preparation and progression
- A discounted 10-session preparation programme is available during the challenge: stated value US$799, challenge price US$499.
- Where warranted, a recommendation or personal introduction to an international testing stage may be offered, subject to eligibility and passport considerations.
- Players outside the local assessment region may organize a group of at least 20 players and request travel and scheduling consideration.

Challenge entrants must upload the completed clip to YouTube first. Preparation-programme and senior applicants can use the same form to request assessment and scheduling information.
- The entry or assessment request is saved for technical-staff review.
- Logged-out applicants can create a PMN account and preserve referral attribution during submission.
- The player receives follow-up after the challenge team reviews the submitted information.

Player eligibility + scheduling
Who can enter or apply?
The challenge and preparation pathway are designed to make entry, payment and scheduling clear for developing players and senior applicants.
- Challenge and preparation-programme applicants must be in their 12th year of birth and no older than 23 for this offer.
- Players in their 24th year of birth or older should apply through the Senior Applicant pathway and await a technical-staff response.
- Players in the United States must attend sessions at one of the Canadian locations. Players outside the local region may request group travel consideration with at least 20 players.
- Credit-card payments require a minimum 31-day wait before scheduling. Other accepted payment methods may be scheduled as soon as availability is confirmed.
Player discovery + campaign reach
A skills entry can become a long-term player discovery asset.
Approved challenge content can be organized into player profiles, articles, short-form videos and structured campaign assets that support discovery across PMN channels, social networks, search and content feeds.
Distribution does not guarantee selection or career success. It can, however, give players, assessors and development partners a clearer way to review the challenge, track interest and continue the conversation.
