Job Responsibilities
- Source and engage companies with valuable operational workflows across a variety of industries.
- Build relationships with founders, executives, and operational leaders.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business processes, workflow complexity, and partnership potential.
- Educate prospective partners on how workflow data is used to train and evaluate AI systems.
- Lead conversations around privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership, and compliance requirements.
- Design partnership structures that align company goals with AI customer needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities.
Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000/year.
