An opportunity is available for a Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor to support AI development and evaluation projects. There are currently 10 openings available.
Job Responsibilities
- Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
- Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
- Evaluate AI-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
- Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
Compensation: $50 - $150/hr.
