An opportunity is available for a VA Eligibility Specialist to support AI development and evaluation projects. There are currently 10 openings available.
Job Responsibilities
- Review sample VA health care questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask.
- Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on VA health care eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups, including income and means testing.
- Cover care coordination and community care (including the MISSION Act) and access to care in your rubrics.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
- Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
Compensation: $50 - $150/hr.
