An opportunity is available for a Passport Acceptance Agent to support AI development and evaluation projects. There are currently 10 openings available.
Job Responsibilities
- Review sample passport questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real applicants ask.
- Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on new applications, renewals, and replacements, including forms, fees, and processing options.
- Cover identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors in your rubrics.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
- Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
Compensation: $50 - $150/hr.
