Who Can Enter

• Open to professional and amateur photographers.

• Team entries are allowed (two or more photographers).

• Photographers must own the copyright of the submitted photos or have explicit permission from the copyright holder.

Submission Guidelines

1. Original Work: Only submit photos you created.

2. Unique Entries: A photo can be submitted once only—either as a single photo or as part of a story/project. Duplicate submissions will be removed.

3. Published or Unpublished: Both are accepted.

4. Photo Specifications:

   • Upload original pixel size (do not scale or alter resolution).

   • Cropping or removal of sensor dust/scratches is allowed.

   • Color adjustments or grayscale conversion are allowed if content isn’t altered.

   • No significant color, contrast, or content changes that obscure original information.

9. Submission Method: Must be submitted via the official contest platform. Other methods are not accepted.

Copyright & Usage

• You retain full copyright of your photos.

• For awarded photos, Get Fresh Company and Pamper Me Network may use high-resolution images without payment for promotional, educational, or contest-related purposes.

• Non-awarded photos may be used in a non-public archive for research and educational activities.

• All submissions must comply with copyright laws. You agree to hold the contest organizers harmless for any third-party claims.

Legal Information

• The contest is governed by Canadian law.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of Canada.
