The Black History Heritage Group, lead by Faith Greaves, Olori Funmilayo Adedeji, Lyse Riza and Arlene Meredith is at it again for the third year with a jam pack calendar of events kicking off on Feb 9th 2019 through Feb 28th 2019. The Theme for this year's program is "One People, One Community, One Nation"
The abundance of programs will be featuring a One Nation Gospel Concert featuring some amazing community gospel artist, and a special guest performer will be singing with the youth and adult choir.
Special features in this event for the second time around is the Community Partners certificate and the Youth Achievers certificate, you will need to be there to experience what this event is all about.
There will be a tribute to the community church, Showers of Blessings which has served the community for over 39 years and a special showcasing of Viola Desmond, the new face on our ten dollar bill.
