The AI Horror Film Competition is back for its second year, offering filmmakers and AI enthusiasts a unique opportunity to create chilling short films using artificial intelligence. Open to creators of all levels, this event challenges participants to craft a horror-themed story while exploring the possibilities of AI in filmmaking.
Key Dates:
- Submission Deadline: Submit your film by October 18th at 11 AM PST.
- Voting Period: Audience favorite voting ends on October 24th at 11 AM PST.
- Winners Announced: The winners will be revealed on October 29th.

Competition Rules:
Before you get started, here are the rules:
- Every shot must be generated using AI.
- Royalty-free, non-AI music and sound effects are allowed.
- The film should fall under the horror or Halloween genre, but doesn’t have to be overly scary.
- Submissions must be no longer than 5 minutes.
- Don’t forget to include the required end card at the end of your film!
