AKEEBA TICKET SYSTEM (ATS) DOCUMENTATION:
Displayed in the Joomla! Plugin Manager as Akeeba Ticket System - Alpha User Points Integration, Akeeba's AUP extension allows you to integrate the AlphaUserPoints core component with Akeeba Ticket System.
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORTED:
- When Akeeba Ticket System detects that a user has run out of ATS credits it will consume AUP points and give the user Akeeba Ticket System credits in return.
- Conversion schema is specified in the options including how many AUP points are consumed and how many ATS credits are credited
The options you can specify are:
- Assign Credits: The option defines how many ATS credits will be given to a user when AUP user points are consumed;
- Points Consumed: This option defines how many AUP points will be consumed to award the corresponding number of ATS credits specified above.
Please note that if you install the AlphaUserPoints component after you've installed Akeeba Ticket System you MUST install ATS again, without uninstalling it first, for this integration to work correctly.
