HFTP solicits education session ideas and presenters for its ProLinks Online Educational Sessions year-round. Submissions are kept on file for consideration for one year, and an HFTP staff member will contact you if your submission is selected.

FORMAT:
Live, one-hour sessions using interactive web conferencing technology with PowerPoint presentation, audio from the presenter, polling and live chat from the attendees. All submitted information must be non-proprietary and educational in nature, not sales or product specific.
AUDIENCE:
Attendees are technology and financial professionals from all disciplines of the hospitality industry.
SPEAKERS/TOPIC SELECTION:
Presenters for online educational conferences are from the hospitality industry and are known to be well versed in the selected topic. Topics are selected based on current industry focus. Because HFTP is a non-profit organization, it is important to note that individuals who are selected to present or interview for an online educational conference are responsible for their own expenses and honorariums are not typically provided.
Presenters must be available to meet via telephone for training and testing prior to the session. Presenters will need a phone for audio and must have a compatible system and high-speed internet connection.
Submitting information does not guarantee you an opportunity to present a ProLinks Online Educational Session.
Recordings are subject to review and may or may not be posted at the discretion of HFTP.
