Celebrating its 11th year, Youth Day Toronto is searching for Canadian youth, age 14-29 who are interested in performing live, in front of thousands at #YDTO 2017. If interested, please apply below.
ABOUT YOUTH DAY TORONTO:
YDTO is a FREE annual festival celebrating the positive achievements of young people showcasing their MUSIC, DANCE, ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, FASHION & FILM in front of some 40,000 visitors!
Held in the downtown core of Toronto at Yonge-Dundas Square, with an opportunity to be positioned right in our VIBRANT Street Market on our Yonge St. closure from Dundas to Shuter streets, the event features 12 hours of non-stop performances on 2 outdoor stages plus the tented YD Gallery.
The main event takes place on Sunday July 23rd, from 11am to 11pm at Yonge-Dundas Square. We accept submissions from youth across the country, who fit the age demographic and want to participate in one of the categories of music, dance, art, photography, fashion or film but it is solely the responsibility of each applicant to arrange their own travel and accommodations to get to the main event.
