The Contest is open only to those involved in a professional landscaping business located in the 48 Continental United States with a minimum of 15 employees. (“Landscaping Company”). Any submissions made in connection with this Contest must be submitted by an individual who is an owner of a Landscaping Company or an employee of such Landscaping Company with the legal authority to bind the Landscaping Company that employs him or her. Employees of Gempler’s or its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, judges, prize providers, distributors and advertising and promotional and agencies (collectively the “Contest Parties”) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win.
