Kendall Ong offers three (3) $250 scholarships for licensed cosmetologists for continuing education. All scholarships are funded and administered by the Professional Beauty Association Foundation. Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the PBA Chair. All scholarship awards are final. Any unused PBA Kendall Ong Memorial Scholarship funds will carry forward to the next scholarship period.
