Terms Of Use and Contest Participation
The contest rules given below govern the responsibilities of submitted PMN Photo Collaboration Search contestants (hereinafter referred to as “Contestant(s), “Contest Winner”, or “Collaboration Partners” ).
1) Entry Types: Entries from any digital cameras, including smartphones, will be accepted for the PMN Photo Collaboration Search.
2) Hardware Prizes: Hardware prizes and rewards are subject to change without notice and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Note that in the event of a conflict with the laws and regulations of a country, such as those pertaining to exports, or in the event of restrictions on the sale or use of a prize within the winner's country of residence, the prize may be undeliverable to the winner. In this case, a different prize will be awarded at the discretion of the Pamper Me Network and, or sponsor.
3) Featured Photographer: By uploading your best shots to any area of the Photo Contest, you will be automatically entered to have your photo featured on the Pamper Me Network website.
4) Sharing Images: By submitting your photos you understand and agree that the Pamper Me Network, its users and, or your collaboration partners may share your photo on social media networks and, or related websites for the purpose of promoting your entry in the PMN Photo Collaboration Search.
5) Use Of Photo(s): Contest winner agrees to sign a photo release that gives the Pamper Me Network the right to use the winning photo(s) in its online and bricks and mortar marketing campaigns.
6) Photo Release: Failure to sign the photo release will void this agreement and the offer to issue a cash or inkind prize will be rescinded.
7) Purchase Requirement: To participate in this contest no purchase is required.
8) Social Rewards: This offer to participate in the contest does not include an offer for the Contest Participant to utilize premium features of the PMN social rewards platform including $1 per user social rewards payments. For Social Rewards terms of use please click here.
