Event Details
Visitors can explore the Expo Village, meet chocolatiers and pastry makers, discover cocoa-growing traditions at international pavilions, and watch chefs demonstrate techniques at the Pastry'Cho stage. The programme also highlights the Chocolate Fashion Show, edible art and sculptures at Chocol'Art, the Bean-to-Bar Museum, the Cacao'Show and activities for children at Salon du Chocolat Junior. Special programming includes professional networking and sourcing sessions in the Business Space, along with optional hands-on workshops.
The organizer's preliminary programme lists an Inaugural Night on Thursday, November 19, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.; the ticketing page separately describes gala admission from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Public exhibition hours are Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 22, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. All times are Toronto local time (EST). Chef François Daubinet, presented by Valrhona, is advertised for the Pastry'Cho stage on Saturday, November 21, at 11:00 a.m.
Organizer admission is ticketed, with separate adult, child, family, multi-day, professional and special-event options. Children under six may enter free with a toddler ticket and an accompanying ticketed adult. Certain masterclasses may involve an additional reservation or fee. Promotional ticket prices and some special-session times vary between official pages; check the organizer's ticketing system for the current price and admission conditions. PMN guest registration, if offered on a future native PMN event page, is free but does not grant entry or reserve organizer tickets.
