The Digital Creators Pilot Program (DCPP) is a Canada Media Fund initiative designed specifically for mid‑career Canadian digital content creators who focus on short‑form videos for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Over a six-month period, the program aims to help creators grow their audience, increase monetization, and professionalize their content creation and business operations, providing them with the skills, funding, and resources needed to take their work to the next level. Participants can receive up to CAD $20,000 in non-repayable funding, covering up to 75% of eligible project costs, which may include video production labor, equipment rental or purchases, marketing and branding services, software subscriptions, and legal or accounting fees.
