Job Description:
Pamper Me Network, the leading social rewards & loyalty management network, is seeking a commissioned Creator Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a commissioned sales agent, you will be responsible for researching and identifying content creators of all types that are interested in securing assistance to fund their creative projects and, or sourcing collaborative networking opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify content creators of all types that are interested in securing assistance to fund their creative projects and, or sourcing collaborative networking opportunities (select blue tab for details)
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Register creators to free Pamper Me Network (PMN) and, or build.collaborate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Encourage creators to take advantage of premium PMN social rewards accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets
YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:
Your responsibility will be to identify content creators of all types that are interested in securing assistance to fund their creative projects and, or sourcing collaborative networking opportunities.
FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES:
You will identify content creators interested in the following opportunities:
- Prize competitions: Funding where individuals or teams compete for a monetary prize by achieving a specific goal or solving a particular problem.
- Tipping and Crowdfunding: Raising funds from a large number of people, typically through an online platform.
- Scholarships: Financial assistance provided to students to help cover the cost of education or training.
- Grants: Financial assistance provided to individuals, organizations, or institutions for specific purposes, such as research, community projects, or artistic endeavors.
- Bounty awards: Financial reward given to an individual or group for achieving a specific goal or accomplishment.
- Fellowships: Funding provided to support advanced study, research, or professional development in a specific field or discipline.
- Subsidies: Financial assistance given by the government or other organizations to support a particular industry, activity or group of people.
- Work-study programs: Financial aid that allows students to work part-time while attending school to help pay for tuition and other expenses.
- Internships: A period of work experience offered by an organization to give students or graduates exposure to their chosen field.
- Angel investment: Private funding provided by wealthy individuals or groups to startups or early-stage businesses.
- Venture capital: Investment provided by venture capital firms to startups or early-stage businesses in exchange for equity.
- Microfinance: Small loans given to entrepreneurs, usually in developing countries, who do not have access to traditional banking services.

Requirements:
- Computer with Internet access
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Familiarity with social media networks and online content creation.
Compensation:
- As a commissioned sales agent, you will earn a 30% commission, calculated as percentage of the membership upgrades generated from the clients you bring on board which is equal to $90 per gold account, $60 per silver account and $30 per VIP account
- Earning potential is unlimited, and your compensation will be based on your performance
- 10% team bonus on all sales made by your affiliate team
- $5,000 annual performance bonus
- $1.00 creator or student onboarding bonus (paid every 100 qualified user onboarded)
- Lifetime ownership of accounts assigned to your ID (even if you leave our company)
