JOB SUMMARY
The videographer/photographer will work in the creative marketing department of the Vincit Group. You will be responsible for creating videos to be used in training, orientation and recruiting settings. This candidate will also be required shoot digital images and/or video of The Vincit Group and our member companies. You will be responsible for shooting and editing films of the culture, people and personal stories of our employees. Provide photojournalistic photos and short video clips of staff for human interest features. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required: Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred: Detailed-oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution. Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Final Cut, After Effects and other photo editing programs preferred. Light Animation ability is also a plus.
EDUCATION
Required: High school Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associates Degree or higher
EXPERIENCE
Required: 2+ years of experience in both photography and videography.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in both photography and videography in a structured environment.
PAY AND BENEFITS
The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary depending on qualifications.
