✨ How to Enter the “Ready, Set, Travel” Contest

Entering is simple:

• Earn one (1) entry when you activate a new Rogers consumer mobile voice and data line using your own phone (talk & text, tablet, and smartwatch plans excluded).

• Earn two (2) entries when you either:

  • Activate a new voice and data line and purchase a new smartphone with financing, or

  • Upgrade your existing phone on an eligible postpaid plan.

Each eligible activation or upgrade automatically counts toward your contest entries — no extra steps required.

And for those who aren’t currently upgrading or activating, don’t worry. The contest is also open to residents of Ontario and Quebec who wish to enter by email. Simply follow the alternative entry method outlined in Section 4(b) of the official contest rules — no purchase necessary.

How Will You Know You’re Entered?

After completing an eligible activation or upgrade, Rogers customers with accounts in good standing will receive an email from JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING confirming their contest entry.

Emails are typically sent within seven to ten (7–10) business days after your transaction. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as contest confirmations are sometimes filtered there.

If you don’t receive an email, it may be because:

• Your transaction was not eligible for entry.

• You’ve unsubscribed from Rogers marketing communications (which prevents the contest email from being sent).

If you’ve unsubscribed, you can still participate by submitting your entry manually via email, as outlined in the contest rules.

What If I Resubscribe After Activating?

If you resubscribe to Rogers marketing communications after your activation or upgrade, you will not automatically be entered into the contest. You’ll need to follow the email entry method specified in the contest rules to qualify.

Family Accounts and Confirmations

If your mobile line is part of a family or shared account, the confirmation email will be sent to the primary account holder’s email address within 7–10 business days of completing an eligible transaction.

If you entered via email, the confirmation will be sent directly to the address used in your submission.

Not Upgrading? You Can Still Enter

Yes! Even if you’re not activating a new line or upgrading your device, you can still enter. The contest is open to all residents of Ontario and Quebec who have reached the age of majority.

Simply submit your entry by following the instructions in Section 4(b) of the contest rules — it’s that easy.

The Prize: A Round Trip for Two to a Dream Destination

Two lucky winners — one from Ontario and one from Quebec — will each receive round-trip airfare for two courtesy of Air Transat.

Each prize, valued at approximately $3,000 CAD, includes flights to any Air Transat destination, excluding Calgary, Alberta, and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Flights can be booked for travel between January 12, 2026, and October 31, 2026, giving you plenty of time to plan the perfect escape. Whether you’re dreaming of strolling along Parisian boulevards, unwinding on a Caribbean beach, or exploring a new Canadian city, Air Transat offers a wide range of destinations to suit every traveler.

✈️ Prize Conditions and Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted around the week of December 1, 2025, to select two potential winners — one from each province.

If you’re selected, Rogers will contact you by phone, and if unreachable, a follow-up email may be sent from a domain ending in @rci.rogers.com.

To officially claim your prize, you’ll need to:

1. Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

2. Complete and return the necessary documentation provided by Air Transat.

Once verified, you’ll receive an official winner letter and can begin planning your unforgettable getaway.

Watch Out for Scams and Fake Messages

Unfortunately, contest scams are common — but here’s how you can tell if communication is truly from Rogers:

• All official contest emails will come from JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING.

• Rogers will never ask for your credit card, account number, or personal address by text, email, or phone.

• Be cautious of messages with urgent requests, spelling errors, or suspicious links.

• Rogers will not send text messages related to this contest — all correspondence happens via phone or email.
