The We Are Human Festival 2026 is inviting creators from around the world to use artificial intelligence to explore questions of human dignity, equality and human rights.
The international call is free to enter and offers €10,000 in total prizes, along with international screenings for selected films.
AI Meets Human Rights
The first edition of the festival is built around Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which establishes the principle that all people are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
Creators are invited to interpret, question or challenge that idea using filmmaking and AI-assisted creative tools.
